Tuna celery boats

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1/2 tuna can, drained
  • 1 medium stack of celery
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 80 gr (1/2 small) chopped onion
  • drops of lemon juice
  • bunch of parseley
  • Salt and pepper

Cut the celery stalk into 1 1/2 inch pieces.

Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add a little lemon juice if desired

To serve, spoon 1 1/2 teaspoons of the tuna salad onto each celery piece and garnish.
