Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1/2 tuna can, drained
- 1 medium stack of celery
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 80 gr (1/2 small) chopped onion
- drops of lemon juice
- bunch of parseley
- Salt and pepper
Cut the celery stalk into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add a little lemon juice if desired
To serve, spoon 1 1/2 teaspoons of the tuna salad onto each celery piece and garnish.
